About GO ASIA TRAIL
GO ASIA TRAIL は、2015年10月より運営している、アジアを中心としたトレイルランニング情報サイトです。
サイト開設当初、アジアのトレイルランニングはまだ欧米に比べてマイナーな存在でした。しかし2015年10月の台湾遠征をきっかけに、「日本から比較的近いアジア」の魅力を日本人ランナーに向けて発信し始めたのが、当サイトの始まりです。
それから11年が経った今、アジア各地で国際的な大会が次々と開催されるまでに市場が拡大し、日本でもUTMBシリーズやMt. Fuji 100をはじめとする国際レースが人気を集め、多くの海外ランナーが訪れるようになりました。
今後もアジアのトレイルランニングシーンは、ますます魅力的で成長を続ける市場だと考えています。これからも独自の目線で、アジアトレイルランニングの魅力をお届けしてまいります。
GO ASIA TRAIL is a trail running information website focused on Asia, operated since October 2015.
When the site was first launched, trail running overseas was synonymous with Europe and North America, while Asia was still a minor player. However, after a trip to Taiwan in October 2015, we began focusing on Asia — a region relatively close to Japan — and started sharing information tailored for Japanese trail runners. This marked the beginning of GO ASIA TRAIL.
More than eleven years later, the Asian trail running scene has grown dramatically. International races are now being held across the region, and the market has expanded significantly. In Japan as well, events like the UTMB series and Mt. Fuji 100 have gained popularity, attracting many overseas runners.
We believe the Asian trail running scene will continue to be incredibly attractive and keep growing in every region. Moving forward, we will keep delivering the unique charms of Asian trail running from our own perspective.
